About the Role

The Product Operations & Strategy Senior Manager will serve as the strategic co-pilot, product operator, and force-multiplier for the Head of Consumer Lending. This role is embedded within the credit growth vertical to drive product excellence, shape product strategy, and build the operational engine that articulates vision across all credit squads. The position bridges credit strategy with execution, focusing on user value, funnel conversion, unit economics, and feature adoption. This role requires an independent, product-minded operator adept at navigating ambiguity, possessing sharp business acumen, and optimizing lending funnels and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Consumer Lending to define, articulate, and execute the product vision for credit products.
  • Translate complex lending models into crisp product roadmaps, executive business cases, and strategic direction.
  • Act as the operational connective tissue for Consumer Lending squads (PMs, Tech Leads, Design Leads).
  • Facilitate cross-squad alignment on technical dependencies, release readiness, and product discovery loops.
  • Architect and own the operational infrastructure for high-velocity product delivery.
  • Establish product feedback loops, feature rollout frameworks, and experiment cadences (A/B testing).
  • Facilitate product alignment across Consumer Lending squads.
  • Lead OKR planning, cross-squad product dependencies mapping, and periodic Roadmap Summits.
  • Continually audit and streamline product decision-making, documentation, and shipping processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Operations, or BizOps in hyper-growth tech/fintech companies.
  • Understanding of digital financial products, credit risk lifecycle, consumer lending, cards, or payments infrastructure is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with product metrics (funnel conversion, drop-offs, CAC/LTV, activation, retention).
  • Ability to design user journeys and leverage SQL/BI tools to support product decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to operate independently, manage up, and challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Ability to align cross-functional leaders (Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance) around product priorities.
  • Strong passion for building intuitive user experiences, particularly for underserved communities.
  • Appreciation for simple, conversational UI/UX.
  • Hands-on experience with agile product management platforms (ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Amplitude/Mixpanel).
  • Genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI/LLM workflows to optimize product delivery.
  • 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Equivalent competencies in the above will also be considered.
