About the Role
As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic paid social media management of our largest accounts. You will plan and execute paid social campaigns from branding to direct response, provide strategic client consultation, develop campaign concepts, and drive the adoption of new advertising formats and betas using appropriate tools.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns from branding to direct response.
- Provide strategic client consultation and develop campaign concepts.
- Drive the adoption of new advertising formats and betas.
- Operate campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure continuous optimization.
- Analyze campaign results, provide reporting, and derive recommendations.
- Present strategies, campaign results, and innovations internally and externally.
- Collaborate with platforms, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects, including pitches and strategic development.
- Contribute to the holistic view of social media with owned and earned media experts.
- Share knowledge within the team and support colleagues with onboarding and professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Paid Social, either agency or client-side.
- Openness to new topics and enthusiasm for new technologies and trends.
- Creative thinking and ability to look beyond the obvious.
- Willingness to tackle analytical and technical challenges.
- Team player with active participation in the team.
- Customer-centric mindset with a good sense for client needs and goals.
- Structured work approach and ability to maintain an overview in complex projects.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
