About the Role
As a Paid Social Manager, you will be jointly responsible for the holistic paid social media management of our accounts. You will plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across all common platforms, from awareness to conversion, and drive the adoption of new advertising formats and betas. Your responsibilities include campaign setup, subsequent analysis, and deriving recommendations for action. You will present strategies, campaign results, and innovations confidently, both internally and externally. You will also regularly interact with platforms, service providers, and other stakeholders. You will participate in interdepartmental projects and help shape the future, including pitches, the development of strategic fields, and products, as well as a holistic view of social media with our owned and earned experts along the entire customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across all common platforms from awareness to conversion.
- Drive the adoption of new advertising formats and betas.
- Perform campaign setup and subsequent analysis, including deriving recommendations for action.
- Present strategies, campaign results, and innovations confidently.
- Engage with platforms, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in interdepartmental projects, including pitches and the development of strategic fields and products.
- Collaborate with owned and earned media experts for a holistic view of social media along the customer journey.
Requirements
- Completed studies or vocational training in marketing.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in paid social media, either agency or client side.
- Openness to new topics and enthusiasm for new technologies and trends.
- Creative thinking and ability to look beyond the obvious.
- Comfort with analytical and technical challenges.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
