About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused CCaaS Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of Gamma’s customer experience and contact centre portfolio across the UK market. This role is instrumental in driving new business opportunities through channel partners and direct customer engagements, positioning Gamma as a trusted advisor in the customer experience space. You will collaborate with internal sales teams, partners, vendors, and technical specialists to identify opportunities, develop winning propositions, and support customers in transforming their contact centre environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and revenue generation for Gamma's CCaaS portfolio across new and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and pipeline opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, strategic customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify customer challenges and align Gamma's customer experience solutions to deliver business value.
  • Support the wider sales community with CCaaS expertise, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from qualification through to contract signature.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the CCaaS and CX space.
  • Collaborate with vendor and technology partners to maximise joint opportunities and drive growth.
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting through CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales Specialist, or Account Management role within the telecommunications, UCaaS, CX, or CCaaS sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Contact Centre as a Service platforms and customer experience technologies.
  • Experience selling through indirect channels, partners, or managed service providers is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders from operational managers through to C-suite decision makers.
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and opportunity management capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business benefits.
  • Experience with leading CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Five9, NICE, Talkdesk, Content Guru, Amazon Connect, or similar is desirable.
  • Understanding of UCaaS, Microsoft Teams telephony, and wider customer engagement ecosystems is desirable.
  • Knowledge of cloud communications and digital transformation programmes is desirable.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Pass a basic DBS check.
