Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for strategy, P&L, and business development, including market, product, pricing, and sales strategy.
Build, scale, and further develop digital business models and the product/service portfolio.
Define and implement go-to-market strategies and market penetration in the B2B sector.
Identify, prioritize, and develop new business potentials and growth areas.
Manage and further develop the holistic sales and marketing approach.
Build, lead, and develop a scalable, multi-level organization.
Budget, investment, and resource responsibility, including performance management, KPI systems, and business planning.
Close collaboration with central functions, international stakeholders, and management of external partners and service providers.

Requirements

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business and results.
Several years of experience in leading larger teams and complex organizations.
Clear sales and market orientation with proven go-to-market expertise.
High strategic and analytical competence for structuring complex issues.
Strong implementation and assertiveness skills coupled with consistent results orientation.
Experience in managing demanding transformation and growth initiatives.
Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) are required; English skills are an advantage.
