Requirements

7+ years of experience leading large cross-organizational technology programs
Strong track record across platform migrations, operating models, or technology integrations
Sound technical judgment in cloud, architecture, and delivery discussions
Ability to build alignment through data, relationships, and effective stakeholder management
Confident communication with C-level executives and ability to distill complex topics into clear decisions
