About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assist the wider team in providing high quality optical and audiology care.
• Guide customers through a tailored experience.
• Help customers choose from designer eyewear.
• Deliver an informed service.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Experience of providing great customer service, e.g. retail or hospitality.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prepared to travel to a centre of excellence for a 4-6 week induction.
• Must not have reapplied for the same job role in the past 12 months.
