Responsibilities

Gain practical experience in various departments within the modern hospital setting.
Acquire essential foundational knowledge for the role of a nursing assistant over 18 months.
Study the human body, illnesses, emergencies, and nursing procedures.
Learn to professionally support nursing staff in daily tasks.
Contribute to improving the lives of patients alongside experienced colleagues.

Requirements

A desire to find meaning in your work and pursue a needed profession.
A school leaving certificate.
Motivation, reliability, and enjoyment in working with people.
Completion of a 14-day internship prior to the start of the apprenticeship (can be completed at our facility or elsewhere).
A valid work and residence permit (for non-German applicants).
Proof of recognition of your school leaving certificate by the State of Berlin (for non-German applicants).
At least a B2 certificate in German (for non-German applicants).
