About the Role

We are seeking a broadly qualified and strong leader to actively shape the future of our clinic as part of the further development of our vascular center.

Responsibilities

• Responsible leadership and strategic development of the Angiology department in medical, organizational, and economic terms.
• Organizational and conceptual leadership of the vascular center together with vascular surgery, aiming to develop joint structures and a joint budget.
• Ensuring high-quality, guideline-based patient care at the highest medical level.
• Active promotion of further medical training, junior staff development, and interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Representing the clinic internally and externally and actively shaping regional and supra-regional networking.

Requirements

• You are a specialist in Angiology.
• You possess excellent interventional expertise in the entire spectrum of Angiology.
• Your personality is characterized by high professional and human competence, pronounced leadership and management qualities, teamwork, organizational talent, and a willingness to innovate.
• You master all relevant diagnostic procedures and therapeutic concepts in your field.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, economic responsibility, strong communication skills, and a high degree of commitment and assertiveness complete your profile.
