About the Role

You will have the unique opportunity to actively help build our small animal practices, develop your own client base, and successfully shape the practice, or you can start in one of our existing practices. Responsibilities

Conducting consultations, diagnostics, and treatment of small animals
Advising and supporting pet owners at a high professional level
Participating in the setup and further development of a new practice location
Close collaboration with the lead veterinarian and the practice team
Ensuring smooth operations in daily practice
Documenting treatments and adhering to medical standards
Actively contributing to building a satisfied and growing customer base

Requirements

Completed veterinary medicine studies and a valid German license to practice
Initial professional experience is an advantage, but career starters are also welcome
Enjoyment of working with small animals and a high degree of empathy in dealing with pet owners
Team spirit and an open, communicative nature
Structured and careful way of working with a high quality standard
Motivation to contribute to a growing environment and to develop professionally
Interest in actively contributing to the establishment of a new location and a loyal customer base
