About the Role
In this role, you will systematically qualify leads through brief phone calls, identify potential needs, and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales process. You will also maintain the CRM system by documenting call details for seamless traceability.

- Identify potentials and check if our offers or those of our cross-selling partners are suitable for the individual.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for the next step in the sales process when there is a good fit.
- Work in the CRM system, document relevant conversation content, and ensure complete traceability.
- Collaborate closely within the team, provide input for further development, and grow with your tasks.
Requirements
- Enjoyment of phone calls and actively helping people – friendliness, empathy, and a professional tone are natural for you.
- Patience and strong communication skills, especially when talking to older or care-dependent individuals – you treat everyone with respect and on equal terms.
- High concentration and focus – you remain attentive and motivated even with a large number of similar tasks.
- Openness to change and enjoyment of developing processes further within the team.
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (min. C1) – other languages are an advantage but not a requirement.
