Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed training as a social worker, health and nursing professional, or equivalent qualification according to § 4 SQV.
- Two years of professional experience in the field of participation.
- Interest in taking on leadership responsibility at eye level.
- High communication skills, teamwork, and decisiveness.
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Provide an extended police clearance certificate.
- Valid driver's license, class B.
