About the Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on strategic projects, including the financial assessment of new product launches.
• Contribute to defining HGB and IFRS accounting requirements for innovative business models.
• Assist in developing and formalizing new accounting policies to drive compliance and clarity.
• Support the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Respond to audit-related inquiries.
• Liaise with the finance & accounting team and selected stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, and/or Controlling.
• Fluent in English and German.
• First practical experience in relevant fields is a plus.
• Self-starter with the drive to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-growth organization.
• Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a hyper-growth environment.
