About the Role

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, using appropriate salutations.
- Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotel.
- Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
- Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including the entrance and report any defects.
- Monitor the entrance for unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity and coordinate with security personnel to ensure guest safety.
- Manage crowd control during peak times or special events.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and strict adherence to LQA standards.
Requirements
- Must have prior experience within a five-star hotel.
- Must hold the right to work in the UK.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role.
