About the Role
As the Service Engineer, you will be providing the best service to the customer onsite while successfully fixing water softeners. We don’t expect you to know about water softeners as we have an intensive training programme in our own academy where you will be trained up by our experts to give you all the knowledge you need.
Responsibilities
- Attending service calls in customer homes and dealer premises.
- Performing field based assessments.
- Conveying any technical concerns back to the service manager.
- Fixing water softeners.
Requirements
- Qualified or time served domestic plumber.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience servicing Water Softeners.
- Technically minded.
- Hardworking.
- Love working with people.
- Desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating.
- Previous plumbing knowledge.
- Experience of replacing white goods.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to work both solo or as part of a team.
