About the Role

As a growing company, we are continuously filling exciting positions in all specialist areas and are looking for someone to drive HR with energy and structure. This includes the following focal points: HR setup & process design: You will actively shape the HR department, establish new, smart HR processes, and strategically develop the entire employee life cycle. You will take on the professional leadership of a currently small HR team, which you will build up step by step. Recruiting focus: You are the engine of our talent acquisition for all specialist areas. Your team is responsible for modern, scalable recruiting processes and technologies to ensure our operational and sales growth sustainably. While you strategically hand over job projects to your team colleagues, you fill key and management positions yourself – your experience is needed here to attract the right people who will drive our growth. People & Culture: You will shape our corporate culture, strengthen team spirit, and create an environment where people enjoy taking responsibility and exceeding their potential. Together with founders and specialist departments, you will also drive exciting projects related to employer branding, team development, and diversity & inclusion. (Feel good and P&C summarized) Payroll & HR Administration: You will take over preparatory payroll accounting, forward it to our tax office, and be a reliable point of contact for the entire team for all questions regarding payroll. Onboarding & Employee Experience: You will build upon our existing onboarding process and significantly shape it to be scalable. In doing so, you will further develop the entire employee life cycle and ensure that new team members are perfectly integrated from day one.
