About the Role
We are expanding our Consulting Practice Assess Competencies & Potential and are looking for a highly experienced Principal Consultant (m/f/d) in Aptitude Diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for and manage aptitude diagnostics consulting projects.
- You develop customized aptitude diagnostics procedures for both personnel selection and potential identification in German and English (e.g., Assessment and Development Centers, Management Audits).
- You support medium-sized and large companies as a partner in the implementation and execution of projects.
- You actively acquire new clients and develop existing clients.
Requirements
- You have at least 7 years of relevant consulting experience with leadership responsibility in potential and aptitude diagnostics.
- You passionately develop innovative, experience-oriented, and evidence-based concepts to increase the quality of personnel diagnostics for our client companies.
- You have business acumen and think entrepreneurially.
- In addition to a degree in (Business) Psychology, you regularly pursue further training in methods for performance and potential diagnostics.
- You speak fluent German and English (at least C1 level).
