About the Role
Buena is transforming the real estate industry by simplifying and transparently managing properties, akin to buying an ETF. We achieve this by taking over property management across Germany and evolving these into technology companies. In the last three years, we've become the third-largest property manager in Germany with fewer than 25 full-time employees at HQ.
Responsibilities
- Manage entire application processes, including candidate sourcing, scorecard creation, interviews, and close collaboration with teams.
- Oversee budgets in the high five-figure range, identifying new tooling and managing procurement from start to finish.
- Develop and roll out nationwide recruiting and HR systems to support growth to over 1,000 employees.
- Meet with managing directors of our companies to discuss personnel matters and improve HR processes nationwide.
- Lead the People Team in managing the rapid restructuring of teams during company acquisitions.
Requirements
- Fluent (C2-level) German and a good level of English.
- Willingness to work in the office at our Berlin Prenzlauer Berg location.
- Ability to work independently, similar to team members who were self-employed or engaged in competitive sports.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong emphasis on regular, direct exchange.
- High ambition, understanding that an average People Division leads to an average company.
