About the Role

The Lazarus Schools in the heart of Berlin offer various state-recognized training programs for approximately 350 students. Our guiding principle is: "Give up on no one and nothing."

Responsibilities

• Design of lessons in the nursing school / school for nursing assistants
• Support and advise trainees in practical facilities
• Preparation and execution of examinations
• Participation in curricular work and evaluation
• Taking over class leadership responsibilities

Requirements

• Completed a nursing or medical pedagogy university degree at Master's or comparable level, or are enrolled in a Master's program.
• Completed training as a nursing specialist, geriatric nurse, or health and hospital nurse (m/f/d).
• Ideally, have prior teaching and/or examination experience at a comparable vocational school.
• Enjoy teaching and enjoy working with people from different cultural backgrounds and language levels.
• Possess empathy, reliability, and passion for the profession.
• Actively contribute to shaping the diaconal profile of our schools.
