About the Role
This internship offers the opportunity to contribute directly to product management and go-to-market activities, supporting key initiatives and owning specific deliverables within a global financial messaging services provider.
Responsibilities
- Support product planning, documentation, and coordination using practical product management methodologies.
- Coordinate new feature launches and market initiatives across stakeholders.
- Create and maintain product collateral, messaging, and value propositions.
- Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and accessible.
- Analyze market, customer, and product data to identify adoption opportunities.
- Deliver insights and reporting to inform product decisions, including KPI monitoring.
- Support engagement and analysis to inform the future strategy and evolution of Swift’s Standards approach.
Requirements
- Must have (or be expecting) a 2:1 degree or equivalent, or demonstrate relevant skills, enthusiasm, and experience.
- Suitable for candidates with limited professional experience seeking hands-on exposure to product management, product marketing, or business analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong research and analytical skills; data proficiency is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Awareness of Swift, Standards, and the financial services industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Proactive self-starter.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing multiple activities simultaneously.
