About the Role

This internship offers the opportunity to contribute directly to product management and go-to-market activities, supporting key initiatives and owning specific deliverables within a global financial messaging services provider.

Responsibilities

  • Support product planning, documentation, and coordination using practical product management methodologies.
  • Coordinate new feature launches and market initiatives across stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain product collateral, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and accessible.
  • Analyze market, customer, and product data to identify adoption opportunities.
  • Deliver insights and reporting to inform product decisions, including KPI monitoring.
  • Support engagement and analysis to inform the future strategy and evolution of Swift’s Standards approach.

Requirements

  • Must have (or be expecting) a 2:1 degree or equivalent, or demonstrate relevant skills, enthusiasm, and experience.
  • Suitable for candidates with limited professional experience seeking hands-on exposure to product management, product marketing, or business analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong research and analytical skills; data proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Awareness of Swift, Standards, and the financial services industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Proactive self-starter.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong team player.
