About the Role

The Associate role is a frontline change agent for clients, providing reliable data and analysis to support improvement teams in making real-time decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach client analysts and line managers, sharing skills and building relationships to ensure improvement plans are based on real-world client operations.
• Provide rigor and accuracy to improvement efforts by serving as the chief source of insight based on data.
• Facilitate the prioritization of improvement opportunities and use root cause analysis to resolve implementation issues.
• Directly support client Idea owners with technical and analytical support to ensure the success of improvement ideas.
• Validate benefit streams generated by ideas and recognize when they are under or over-performing.
• Develop leadership skills to help build the client organization’s “wiring” and ensure the improvement effort is sustained by a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure the methodology becomes part of the client's business practices long after the engagement concludes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably with a quantitative focus, with excellent results (distinction average).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics.
• Demonstrated passion for results.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure.
• Ability to use visual tools without assistance to communicate insights.
• Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
