About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to imagine the experience of our members, clients, and practitioners with Moka. You will work collaboratively with the product team and the tech team, reporting to the Head of Product & Operations. The Moka product offers tools for employees to book appointments with therapists, access self-care resources, and engage in micro-learning. It also provides managers and HR with tools to support teams and develop action plans, with an experience available on Web, Mobile, Slack & Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research using appropriate methods to understand users.
- Test solutions early and improve adoption and usage of solutions.
- Design effective solutions to problems, considering constraints and context.
- Produce low and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct Design Reviews with the Product & Tech team.
- Contribute to the design system's construction and maintenance, leveraging existing assets.
- Monitor quality during the development phase with developers, providing suggestions and feedback.
- Produce impactful screens and visuals for product feature communication.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably on Web or SaaS products (design, wireframe, prototype, user testing, feedback loop).
- Good knowledge of design and research methodologies, with the ability to apply relevant methods to each project.
- Curiosity and experience integrating AI into work.
- Skilled in asking the right questions and understanding user and stakeholder motivations.
- Pleasant to collaborate with, possessing ownership, curiosity, strong delivery capability, attention to detail, and the ability to propose intelligent compromises.
- Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
