About the Role
As part of the Go To Market (GTM) Enablement organisation, the EMEA Sales Enablement Manager owns the regional enablement strategy end to end. You will design, build, and execute a bespoke EMEA enablement roadmap that directly accelerates revenue performance across the region while acting as the primary bridge between global enablement strategy, EMEA GTM strategy, and the activation of both in market. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role focused on 'last mile enablement' ensuring that global enablement is successfully translated into how reps act in the field. You will operate as a trusted business partner to EMEA Sales and broader GTM leadership, quickly absorbing business context, understanding regional priorities, and translating them into practical enablement actions that improve seller execution and business performance.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA SVP, sales leadership, and cross-functional GTM teams.
- Build consensus in a matrixed environment and proactively identify performance gaps.
- Partner with RevOps to build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key seller metrics.
- Directly communicate enablement’s ROI on revenue, pipeline, and retention.
