About the Role
This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our luxury airline catering production unit, ensuring exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options for discerning passengers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily tasks as outlined by the QA Supervisor and Manager.
- Review and verify daily quality checks of goods delivered by suppliers.
- Check chillers and dry stores, including FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, and allergen segregation.
- Perform kitchen/operation audits, ensuring paperwork is up-to-date, temperature controls are recorded, and areas comply with cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.
- Support the international QA team in diverse global locations when necessary.
- Supervise adherence to internal safety rules to prevent incidents.
- Submit daily reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor on incidents, issues, solutions, and daily production development.
