About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our CleanTech, BioTech, and DeepTech team. As a fully remote business, regular travel to visit partners is expected to foster strong relationships and make a significant impact. Our Talent Partners integrate with innovative companies, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and sourcing niche roles. We focus on outcomes rather than traditional KPIs, utilizing data and a bespoke dataverse for informed decision-making. Our priority is hiring and retaining top talent professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions and drive our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement attraction and delivery strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Play an active role in mentoring and guiding others, though no formal management responsibility is assigned.
  • Advise on recruitment best practices and discuss appropriate assessment processes.
  • Support the implementation of our talent solution, assisting in designing and setting up end-to-end recruitment processes and headhunting for niche roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to function as a unified team.
  • Conduct thorough recruiter screens and manage interview de-briefings.
  • Maintain accurate data to influence stakeholders.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly data and progress reports.
  • Participate in weekly project team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
  • Proactively design solutions or propose new ideas to overcome challenges.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and training, including onboarding, structured training, and lunch & learns.
  • Develop an understanding of market conditions, continuously learning and monitoring the latest trends and markets.

Requirements

  • Previous in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment experience.
  • Ability to see 2-5 years into the future and help deliver cutting-edge solutions.
