About the Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founders and take on real responsibility for our most important growth topics from day one. You will be where strategy meets execution: developing hypotheses, testing them in the market, and building the business and processes that emerge from them.

Responsibilities

• Building a scalable go-to-market engine, from initial outreach to repeatable process
• Building new business relationships and developing adjacent business models and revenue streams
• Validating, conceptualizing, and independently implementing various growth hypotheses
• Planning and operationally executing geographical expansion into further German cities
• Introducing scalable systems and implementing strategic projects
• Market and competitor analyses as a basis for new product features
• Supporting analyses and materials for financing rounds

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (business or science) from a renowned university, ideally with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a comparable, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on mentality: You want to not only analyze but also build, tackle, and make things happen yourself, even if the path is not yet clear
• Strong commercial intuition and the ability to interact with stakeholders internally and externally at eye level
• Strong analytical skills in dealing with numbers, data, and patterns
• Confident handling of ambiguity and the initiative to drive your own projects
• Fluent German and English written and spoken
