About the Role
This role supports the successful development of proposals and contracts that enable clinical trial projects to move forward efficiently and compliantly. You will work closely with Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure proposals, budgets, and contracts are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for proposals and manage related communication and documentation.
- Prepare proposals and control proposal processes for potential new and existing customers in coordination with other business units, especially Business Development and Project Management.
- Determine and analyze offer parameters and conditions, preparing presentations as a basis for decisions.
- Create, update, and optimize comprehensive and accurate proposals that reflect Clariness and client needs while staying on top of the Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Design creative and winning project strategies to support clients’ clinical research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a healthcare-related field.
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in contracts, pricing, and financial accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured way.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
