About the Role
We are seeking a Social Worker for the areas of outpatient psychosocial support in substitution (PSB), therapeutically supported individual living (BEW) for people in substitution treatment or with substance control disorders, and outreach addiction counseling. The position is 31.2 hours per week and is a fixed-term substitution for a sabbatical, with the aim of a long-term collaboration.

Requirements
- A completed degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification is required.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Intercultural counseling competence.
- Willingness to perform outreach activities to a small extent, e.g., in correctional facilities or clinics.
- An accepting and open-minded basic attitude.

Salary/Compensations
- €47,750 to €56,000 gross annual salary for a full-time position.
