About the Role
In the Talent Acquisition Internship (m/f/d), you will be responsible for successful employee recruitment for our nationwide portfolio companies. As we grow monthly through acquisitions of property management companies, your responsibilities will increase rapidly. To excel in this role, you need high self-motivation, be a team player, and enjoy extensive human interaction.
Responsibilities
- Source and contact managing directors, executives, and experienced managers throughout Germany, with 80% of your time dedicated to active sourcing.
- Build talent pools for future leadership roles and develop a clear understanding of the German market.
- Connect our M&A pipeline with our talent pipeline to ensure immediate operational readiness after each acquisition.
- Conduct interviews with senior candidates and convincingly communicate Buena and its vision.
Requirements
- Native-level German language proficiency.
- Residency in Berlin with willingness for in-office work in Prenzlauer Berg.
- High ambition or a Pro background (e.g., professional sports, content creation, etc.).
- Minimum of 6 months commitment for the internship.
- First experiences in recruiting or sales.
