About the Role

This role is essential to the FLEX team, working closely with Portfolio, Finance, and People Managers/Directors, as well as Partners. You will significantly shape portfolio management, internal processes, and FLEX Capital's strategy. Your work will directly impact the successful development of our portfolio companies and our fund, while refining your skills and advancing your career.

Responsibilities

• Support the portfolio management team at FLEX Capital and its portfolio companies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of growth concepts to achieve long-term value appreciation of portfolio companies.
• Contribute to identifying and realizing operational potentials through independent analysis of business matters.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders of portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Successfully completed internships in consulting, startups, business development, or private equity/venture capital.
• Excellent analytical skills for researching and analyzing business models and specific company areas.
• Strong commitment, high self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team and a structured environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Availability for 4, or ideally 6, months for the internship.

Skills

• MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
• Experience with large data sets for processing and/or visualization is an advantage.
