About the Role
Provide the highest level of response and service support to customers of Taylor Hobson Japan.
Responsibilities
- Install TH instruments, accessories, and software.
- Conduct IMS testing and customer-requested buy-off testing.
- Provide operator training to customers for order closure.
- Provide solutions within customers’ accepted downtime.
- Play a front-line sales role to lead AMEcare orders.
- Provide solutions to customers’ operating problems, potentially requiring instrument application knowledge.
- Proactively learn new software and instruments to promote them to customers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and reduce costs.
- Ability to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
