About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the smooth and high-quality rollout of our in-store systems to retail and distribution clients nationwide. This role involves managing the entire system development and implementation lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders including client headquarters, store operations, implementation partners, internal development teams, and support departments. You will lead planning, execution, progress management, and issue resolution for these projects. This is a critical position contributing to client business transformation and growth through successful large-scale chain rollouts and multi-regional deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive rollout project plans.
  • Formulate overall store rollout project plans.
  • Create and manage rollout schedules.
  • Manage project budgets and resources.
  • Drive risk management and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate rollout project steering committee meetings.
  • Coordinate requirements with client headquarters contacts.
  • Support operational design for store rollouts.
  • Gain agreement on implementation schedules and rollout strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings and report to management.
  • Prepare rollout procedures and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate hardware implementation.
  • Oversee on-site rollout teams and vendors.
  • Make go-live decisions and provide post-launch support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of IT system implementation project management experience.
  • Experience implementing systems for the retail and distribution industries.
  • Experience driving multi-location rollout projects.
  • Experience in vendor management and managing partner companies.
