About the Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician (Shift), your role within the team is to undertake preventative and corrective maintenance on a baggage handling system incorporating automated storage cranes and specialized transport systems. The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting electrical maintenance inspections
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and components
- Ensuring compliance with WHS standards
- Preventative and corrective maintenance (electrical)
- Fault finding on automated systems
- Using data analytics to enhance system performance
- Providing technical support to our customers
Requirements
- Australian Trade qualification with Certificate III in Engineering – Electrical
- At least 3 to 5 years post-trade experience as a Service Technician
- Strong electrical background working on industrial automated equipment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
