About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in SAP AI & Innovation, you will shape the next generation of AI-powered SAP landscapes for our clients, driving the adoption of Joule, SAP BAIP, AI Agents, and ABAP AI Engineering in complex transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Joule Skills and AI Agents in Joule Studio, translating business requirements into functional, company-specific AI assistants.
• Utilize AI Coding Assistance (e.g., ABAP AI Engineering) to significantly accelerate Clean-Core migrations, test automation, and documentation.
• Advise clients across industries on deployment scenarios for Gen AI and Agentic AI within the SAP context, developing associated business cases and roadmaps.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams of strategy, process, and technology experts, actively contributing to the advancement of our SAP AI offerings.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in the SAP environment (e.g., S/4HANA, BAIP, ABAP) and initial experience in configuring Joule Skills, AI Agents, or comparable AI solutions.
• Interest in the intersection of SAP process architecture and Gen AI / Agentic AI, with a passion for solving complex client challenges.
• Knowledge of ABAP development and experience with AI Coding Assistants to support Clean-Core migration, testing, and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel.
