About the Role
A fast-growing performance marketing agency seeks a Creative Strategist to transform insights into high-converting ad concepts. You will lead creative testing and direction for multiple eCommerce accounts, driving brand growth through strategic experimentation and effective content.
Responsibilities
- Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
- Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
- Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate quickly to scale winners.
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers, providing precise direction from hook to CTA.
- Review ad performance and creative metrics to identify winning angles, patterns, and next-round opportunities.
- Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to campaign KPIs and client reporting.
- Maintain a high creative bar while ensuring consistent weekly output.
- Keep production moving fast without sacrificing clarity or quality.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience developing, optimizing, or directing paid social creative (ideally in eCommerce).
- Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- A strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for platforms like TikTok and Meta.
- Strong grasp of paid social creative fundamentals: copy, hooks, framing, pacing, structure, and storytelling.
- Comfortable working with UGC creators, editors, and designers—and giving clear feedback.
- Analytical mindset: you can turn performance data into specific creative next steps.
