About the Role

This role is more than a classic warehouse job: you work daily with the latest smartphones, tablets, and laptops, combining logistics with technology. Responsibilities

Assistance in the entire order processing: from goods receipt and setup of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops) to shipping customer orders.
Handling goods receipt: recording relevant device data in the ERP system and proper storage of goods.
Order picking and technical preparation of devices: assembling devices according to customer orders, setting up software, and ensuring correct customer assignment.
Shipping preparation and goods issue booking: checking shipments for completeness, booking in the ERP system, and creating corresponding shipping labels.
Performing grading tests: evaluating and classifying phones based on defined criteria, including testing hardware and software components.
Inventory transfers and inventory controls: ensuring correct stock levels and supporting efficient space utilization.
Processing clarification cases: resolving discrepancies, e.g., with incorrect address data or deviating delivery information.

Requirements

Motivation and willingness to learn – you are enthusiastic about the described tasks and bring commitment, whether with or without prior experience in logistics.

Conscientious and reliable way of working – you work carefully, precisely, and take responsibility for your tasks.
Technical affinity – ideally, you enjoy working with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops), are proficient on the PC, and can navigate ERP systems well.
Very good communication skills – you have very good German language skills and ideally also good English skills.
