About the Role
As an Event Manager / Project Manager, you will lead formats from idea to show, managing complex setups, making decisions, and transforming concepts into experiences. You will be responsible, close to clients, and work closely with creative, technical, content, and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large corporate and public formats (live & hybrid) end-to-end, aligning pitch/project teams, setting pace and priorities.
- Keep clients on track with strong expectations, transparency, reliability, clear communication, and quick, informed decisions.
- Translate storylines into realistic timings, reliable budgets, precise resource plans, and viable technical setups while maintaining narrative flow.
- Manage tenders and partner selection, negotiate fairly, ensure quality, timing, and costs, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Coordinate shoots, audio, streaming, and screen content with conception, video production, and technology, ensuring platform suitability, effectiveness, and measurability.
- Orchestrate rehearsals and shows by anticipating risks, closing interfaces, and ensuring smooth operations both on-site and on-screen.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Event Manager/Project Manager.
- Proven experience in independent planning, execution, and billing of medium to large projects as overall project lead.
- Experience organizing hybrid events and managing media production.
- Experience managing multi-person project teams, including project management and creative/conceptual roles.
- Familiarity with VR, AR, gamification, and scanning, including selecting and managing service providers.
- Authentic, conscientious, and independent work style with the ability to delegate and seek support when needed.
- High commitment, ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously while maintaining focus, priorities, and a positive attitude.
