About the Role
Cotality is seeking an innovative and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across its real estate portfolio in New South Wales and Queensland. This role involves leading regional sales performance, driving revenue growth, and expanding product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the regional team across NSW & QLD to achieve revenue, retention, and engagement targets.
- Develop regional portfolio plans for NSW & QLD to drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business.
- Manage regional performance, forecasting, and budgets.
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across major agency groups, franchise networks, and strategic partners.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to remove barriers and optimise execution using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership and account management experience in B2B digital solutions, SaaS, property data, or real estate.
- Demonstrated capability in coaching teams, managing sales rhythms, and executing portfolio growth plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, CRM usage, and data-driven pipeline management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building senior-level client relationships.
- Ability to travel across NSW and QLD as required.
- A growth mindset with a desire to innovate and make an impact.
