About the Role
The Manufacturing Engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop and document build procedures, manage capital equipment and tooling, drive operational efficiency, manage projects, and oversee testing processes to enhance manufacturing operations.

Requirements

- Knowledge of welding and manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CAD and other relevant software tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
