About the Role
A Department Specialized Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business where product knowledge is at a premium.
Responsibilities
- Customer service is a priority, with moments taking precedence over tasks.
- Assist customers with the sale of goods, including providing product information, answering product questions, recommending products, and retrieving products from locked cabinets.
- Complete standard floor associate work, including Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, and Zoning.
- Set and complete modulars.
- Promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offerings.
- Manage in-store product launches of high complexity and provide training/advising to other store areas as necessary.
