About the Role
This role focuses on receiving and processing merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers, and contributing to a safe and clean work environment. The Associate will work as part of a team to manage workload and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Unload trailers and pull pallets to the sales floor.
- Process merchandise in a safe and clean environment.
- Prepare the sales floor for store opening.
- Set, merchandise, and sign features.
- Complete live unloading of various merchandise types.
- Label and place merchandise in backroom bins and stock shelves.
- Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
- Assist in stocking the sales floor and provide customer service as needed.
- Label the sales floor for store opening.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure displays and fixtures are secure.
