About the Role

Requirements
- Associate degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience required.
- 2 years' of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
- 10-hour OSHA certification required.
- Primary project financial competence (budget, labor, costs, billings), forecasting (% complete, % billed), KPI's (financial, productivity, quality, culture), and reporting (progress, schedule).
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Must be authorized to work in US.
- Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.
- Government badge may be required for most sites.
- Must be prepared to pass an extensive background check.

- $76,865 - 115,298 annually
