About the Role
Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building infrastructure projects, ensuring they are executed safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, serving as the primary customer advocate, and driving predictable outcomes through financial acumen, risk management, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex building infrastructure projects with technical, financial, and operational discipline.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and internal resources.
- Serve as the primary customer advocate and decision-maker.
- Manage budgets, labor plans, cost controls, billing, forecasting, KPIs, and financial reporting.
- Negotiate, process, and validate change orders while protecting schedule and financial performance.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Mentor and train Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
- Serve as the primary customer contact and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure consistent use of Stark's project delivery workflows, tools, and continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of project management experience in building infrastructure, construction, or energy-focused projects.
- OSHA 10-hour certification required.
- Expertise in applicable codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, T&Cs, scopes, insurance requirements, and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, and PowerBI, as well as Microsoft Office.
