About the Role

Join Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Senior Consultant and take on tough strategic challenges facing significant organizations. Lead workstreams, shape deliverables, and own projects end-to-end, from defining client problems to presenting solutions to senior stakeholders. Guide research and analysis, and help clients design growth strategies, transform operating models, and build innovation propositions. Coach junior practitioners and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead a workstream within a project, shaping deliverables and taking ownership end-to-end.
Define client problems and co-design solutions in a structured way.
Present your thinking directly to senior stakeholders.
Guide research and analysis behind recommendations.
Help clients design growth strategies, transform operating models, and build innovation and venture propositions.
Coach junior practitioners to sharpen their consulting capabilities.
Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, best-practice methodologies, and business development.

Requirements

4+ years of strategy consulting experience, or equivalent time in a strategy team within a market-leading or global company.
A structured problem-solving approach applicable to diverse, ambiguous challenges across a range of industries.
Comfort with data analytics and the ability to turn information into clear, data-driven insights.
Fundamental project management skills across scoping, designing, and planning projects through to delivery.
Ability to deliver work largely independently while directing others and guiding junior practitioners.
Highly effective written and verbal communication.
Talent for building strong client relationships.
Understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including leading subsections of proposals and smaller internal initiatives.
A strong sense of team and a genuine passion for developing others as well as yourself.
