About the Role

Lindt & Sprüngli, a global leader in premium chocolate, is seeking passionate retail leaders for future Store Manager opportunities in the GTA area. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing daily operations, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of Lindt Retail Boutiques.
• Drive corporate sales.
• Uphold exemplary customer service standards.
• Monitor sales and labor to maximize store profitability while maintaining customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Retail Sales Associates.
• Supervise store employees to maximize customer service, sales, and profit.
• Train staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Manage merchandise ordering, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation, paperwork, accounting, and payroll.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to achieve sales goals and control expenses.
• Conduct ongoing performance management and assist with employee reviews.
• Maintain store merchandising presentation to company standards.
• Ensure high standards for cleanliness and food/product safety.
• Perform cash handling, inventory ordering, and related administrative duties.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sales oriented, able to develop/build business.
• 2-5 years of retail management experience.
• Good time management habits.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities (French and English).
• Previous experience in a merchandising or presentation capacity.
• A history of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
• A talent for sales and selling.
• A passion for chocolate.
