About the Role

IMG Talent is seeking a motivated individual to join their talent management team, assisting in the management of leading talent across entertainment, sports, and digital creators. This role offers a long-term career path in Talent Management, working with prominent Australian talent and experienced managers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Managers in procuring, servicing, and maintaining talent affairs and broader business operations.
• Manage fulfillment, administration, and logistics for talent endorsements, campaigns, PR, and social media activities.
• Participate in strategy development and implementation for selected talent, including business objectives, social media content, and execution.
• Procure and manage new business opportunities for talent, including sales outreach and preparation of sales materials and reports.
• Identify and recruit new talent for the IMG Talent portfolio.
• Respond to commercial and general talent briefs, including fee negotiation in consultation with talent managers.
• Procure and manage new business opportunities for the client division, including brand consulting clients.
• Coordinate appearances, invitations, and requests for selected talent.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A background in Talent Management & Influencer Marketing is essential.
• Previous social media campaign or talent management experience, either within agencies or brands, is essential.
• Strong knowledge of social media tools is essential.
• Must be self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Understanding and passion for talent, digital content, and social media.
• Must have the right to work in Australia.
