Lead OneSchool Global Australia's flagship campus and contribute to educational excellence across a global network spanning 20 countries. Influence educational practice, leadership capability, and organizational improvement beyond the boundaries of a single campus. Partner with experienced regional, national, and global leaders to advance strategic priorities and organizational growth. Play a key role in the ongoing implementation and refinement of OneSchool Global's innovative Learning to Learn Framework. Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, educational, and operational leadership across all aspects of campus life, ensuring exceptional outcomes for students while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the overall strategic direction, performance, and operations of the campus.
- Champion the School's Ethos, Values, and Guiding Principles, fostering a high-trust, high-expectation culture.
- Provide exceptional instructional leadership to drive excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum delivery across Years 3 to 12.
- Continue strengthening teaching quality and student outcomes within OneSchool Global's innovative learning model.
- Build leadership capability across teaching and professional staff, developing future leaders across the organization.
- Lead campus improvement initiatives that strengthen people, systems, and culture, creating sustainable improvement rather than leader-dependent success.
- Use data, evidence, and strategic insight to improve student achievement, engagement, wellbeing, and attendance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong governance, compliance, safeguarding, and risk management practices.
- Partner with central support functions to effectively manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning.
- Build trusted relationships with students, families, staff, and broader stakeholders.
- Balance campus priorities with regional and national strategic objectives.
- Represent Sydney Campus as a flagship campus within the wider OneSchool Global network, contributing to regional, national, and global initiatives.
Requirements
- Accomplished educational executive with substantial leadership experience within a school environment.
- Strong track record of improving student outcomes, developing high-performing teams, leading organizational improvement, and building cultures of excellence through people, systems, and strategic leadership.
- Significant executive leadership experience within a school or educational environment.
- Proven ability to improve student outcomes through high-quality teaching and learning.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational improvement through people, systems, and culture.
- Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and building leadership capability in others.
- Strong strategic, operational, and financial leadership capability.
- Successful track record of leading through influence rather than hierarchy.
- Experience balancing local priorities with broader organizational objectives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build credibility across diverse groups.
- Experience operating within governance, compliance, and safeguarding frameworks.
