About the Role

The National Client Relations Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and client satisfaction across a national portfolio, overseeing 9 locations with approximately 45 employees. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong operational mindset, a client-first approach, and the ability to lead teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across 9 locations, ensuring consistency and service excellence
  • Manage and develop a team of ~45 employees, driving performance and accountability
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive, high-touch service
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvements and drive results
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Oversee projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
  • Partner cross-functionally to support business objectives and client needs
  • Address operational challenges quickly with effective solutions
  • Support budgeting, planning, and reporting for leadership

Requirements

  • Prior outsourcing or similar service-based experience required
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading multi-site teams

Skills

  • Strong leadership and operational expertise

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
