About the Role

At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, we accelerate answers to critical questions through the power of automation. We develop innovations for scientists by scientists, with many of our 3,300+ global colleagues coming from the laboratory. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets for Japan and will be part of the BIS sales department, reporting to the BIS senior sales manager.

Responsibilities

• User management in assigned area and search for new customers.
• Collection of customer information (direct/agency).
• Customer negotiation (Pre/After Sales).
• Dealer negotiation (Pre/After Sales).
• Conducting seminars and study sessions.
• Order delivery management.
• Document creation, forecasting/SFDC input, and report creation.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of B to B business experience and sales experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical and life science industries is welcome.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve high performance.
• Ability to independently plan and execute action plans to achieve goals.
• Business English Beginner level.
• High level of writing and communication skills in Japanese.
• Ability to travel – Business travel to Nagano area 1-2 days/Quarter.
• Ordinary car license required.
• PC skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
