About the Role

W Sydney is seeking a passionate and charismatic Wheels Attendant with outstanding communication skills to create a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves providing personalized and attentive service that exceeds guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards.
• Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations.
• Operates the main hotel driveway, car stacker, valet parking service, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching.
• Handles luggage services.
• Rooms guests during arrival and farewell.
• Acts as a runner for any guest requests.
• Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests.
• Supports Chief Concierge, Duty Manager and Wheels Valet Captain to ensure all guests’ needs and information prior, during and post stay that leads to a unique, memorable and personal stay.

Requirements

• A valid full NSW Drivers License
